More About My Journey

Anuradha Sharma is an accomplished Clinical nutritionist, Kathak dancer and a thought-provoking Author. Growing up in a family that deeply valued health and wellness, her passion for nutrition was instilled from a young age. Her family's emphasis on healthy living, embodied in the timeless adage 'Health is Wealth,' created a strong foundation for her future career as a dietitian. As a member of a multi-generational household, Anuradha witnessed firsthand the benefits of a balanced diet and lifestyle. Her family's diverse age range, spanning elderly grandparents to younger generations, presented a unique opportunity to observe the impact of healthy habits on overall well-being.

At Fortis Healthcare and AIIMS, Anuradha was given the opportunity to arrange along with a designated team, Monthly Diabetes Symposiums and various Clinical Nutrition Education (CNE) programs. She was also entrusted to counsel patients for good health according to their reports.

Anuradha is also fascinated with the Eat Right India Movement by the Indian Government and FSSAI.
